Shipping
Most products are MADE TO ORDER and will have a 1-4 day lead time typically. Some orders that require IN-HOUSE design services my require a few more days of production time. Once an order is complete, a tracking number will be emailed.
Typical travel time to destination for DOMESTIC adresses in the United States is 1-5 days.
Typical travel time to destination for internationl adresses can be 1-3 days or 10-14 pending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS for domestic orders is possible if you contact us prior to your order.
Returns Policy
30 day returns on all NON-CUSTOM or defective products. Please contact us with an email, call or TEXT before a return is made. We wil provide instructions with further detail. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE... however we typically do NOT have a restock fees within a 30 day window.
Refunds
CREDIT CARD FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This policy also applies to CANCELED orders that have not shipped. STORE CREDIT can be applied as a refund to your store account at full value that can be used for future purchase.
