Returns Policy

30 day returns on all NON-CUSTOM or defective products. Please contact us with an email, call or TEXT before a return is made. We wil provide instructions with further detail.

Shipping

Most products are MADE TO ORDER and will have a 1-3 day lead time typically. Some orders that require IN-HOUSE design services my require a few more days of production time. Once an order is complete, a tracking number will be emailed.

Typical travel time to destination for dometic adresses is 1-5 days.

Typical travel time to destination for internationl adresses can be 1-3 days or 10-14 pending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
